Andrea Donovan, MA, MSW, LCSW
“It is an honor to work alongside folks in their life paths. It is a privilege to recognize individual strengths and to collaborate on connectedness and continued growth from spaces of ability and courage. I am continually inspired by the resourcefulness and tenacity that people bring to the counseling relationship.
I work with folks to build on present strengths, as well as current and past successes, in order to realize goals.
I have a Head-Heart- Feet holistic approach to relationship-building:
I am interested to hear what you are intellectually curious about and how you think.
I am eager to hear what your core beliefs and passions are –what you hold dear.
I believe that it is helpful to understand where your head and heart are in order to set your feet on
the path that you want to be on and that this process of recognition supports us to build a therapeutic alliance by centering strengths.”
