Christine Lindsey, LCSW

“Often we experience daily challenges that can feel overwhelming. Finding support through these difficult times is an important part of learning and growing in our personal journey. Engaging in the therapeutic process affords us the opportunity to develop a positive, non-judgmental and supportive relationship. This process can help us to move forward, make positive changes and create new ways of interacting and behaving. This growth allows us to meet and overcome our challenges. The therapeutic process can be a difficult yet rewarding journey towards peace and contentment.

Individuals are unique and are ready to work at their own pace and in their own way. An individuals’ treatment should reflect their own development and history. Therefore, I utilize an eclectic therapy approach in order to meet each individuals’ own unique wants, needs and abilities. I work with children, adolescents and adults through individual, group, couples and family sessions”.
